An Assistant Professor of Fiction Writing at John Carroll University, her fiction has appeared or will appear in publications such as The Norton Anthology of Contemporary Literature, Tin House, Bomb, and Conduit; her essays have appeared in Fence, the New York Times, O: The Oprah Magazine, and other venues.
