This piece is made of screenshots I captured on a desktop computer while at work. The phrases that appear here were not sought out but happened upon in my daily clicking and dragging and poking around. The work is constrained by the rudimentary screenshot tool that can only capture rectangular, unalterable slices of text. I had to either accept the prosody of the thing as it appeared, or let it waft back wherefrom it came. Recycle the trash, or send it back out to sea. Or maybe they're finally one and the same thing. Detritus surrounds.
Other sections of THRONG can be seen in Dusie Issue 14 and calmaplombprombombbalm. I’d like to thank Andrew Kenower for his technical assistance with this project.
