Daemond Arrindell | Issue #1 (April 1, 2020)




Daemond Arrindell is a writer, performer, and teaching artist. He is a Jack Straw Writer and a VONA Writer’s Workshop fellow; has written for City Arts, Specter, Crosscut, Poetry Northwest, Seattle Review of Books; and co–adapted T. Geronimo Johnson’s acclaimed novel, Welcome To Braggsville, into a stage production for Book–It Repertory Theater. In 2019, he performed his first one–man show, Frozen Borders, a performative exploration in imagery, poetry, and emotion on the subject of the United States’ southern border.
