George Kalamaras has published six books of poetry and six chapbooks. Recent titles are Kingdom of Throat-Stuck Luck (Elixir Press Poetry Prize), Gold Carp Jack Fruit Mirrors, Something Beautiful Is Always Wearing the Trees, and The Recumbent Galaxy, co-authored with Alvaro Cardona-Hine and winner of the C & R Press Open Competition. He is Professor of English at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne, where he has taught since 1990.
