Samuel Amadon is the author of The Hartford Book, winner of the Believer Poetry Book Award, and Like a Sea. His poems have appeared in the New Yorker, American Poetry Review, Poetry, A Public Space, and Boston Review. He teaches in the MFA program at the University of South Carolina, and edits Oversound, a poetry journal, with Liz Countryman.
