The following interview was conducted by Alexandra Mathieu, Tenzin Kunsang, and Gabby Melo-Moore in January of 2011. Mathieu, Kunsang and Melo-Moore are AP students of poet and publisher Ryan Gallagher at Malden High School in Malden, Massachusetts. This project is part of a larger literature research project on contemporary American poets; it includes collaborative research, co-writing an annotated bibliography and producing a biography of the assigned poet as well as research-based analysis papers.
