Sasha Steensen is the author of four books of poems, most recently House of Deer (Fence Books) and Gatherest (Ahsahta Press). She is the author of several essays, including “Openings: Into Our Vertical Cosmos". She teaches Creative Writing and Literature at Colorado State University, where she serves as a poetry editor for Colorado Review.
